idea of what .Net is. Can any body please suggest me how to prepare for

Sounds as if you're only interested in passing the exams, not learning
..NET. If you were interested in learning .NET, there are a lot of
avenues to learn that, that many here could help you on.

But what good is an MCAD who doesn't know .NET ?
