ASP.NET Question - Web Controls - client message before postback

Posts: n/a

I did an upload page with MS Visual Studio .NET,, c# for an web
application. When the user clicks the "ok" button, normally the user must
waits till the job ends.

How can I put a message on the client side, eventually an alert("Please wait
....") after the user clicks the "ok" button, but before the page submits?

It would be nice to display a message to the user and in the same time to
hide the ok button, so that he can't click it again before the unplod ends.

Thanks in advance for any help!
