Have you logged onto the phone and checked the settings? The Voice
ringtone is ringtone number 2... Each account can have it's own
ringtone... You can do it via the keypad, depending on the phone...

Forget custom ring-tones. For now, anyway...

Firstly check the software version - If you need to upgrade it, the
easiest way is via HTTP, not TFTP - eslecially if you have a local web
server. If not, drop me an email and I'll give you a link to my own
Grandstream repository.

Incidentally, what's the phone?
