It means you have to run a TFTP server on your PC
to upload the BIN file to the Granstream.
When I did something similar with another ATA I used the free
TFTP software from here

IIRC you create a directory in the root of c: called
TFT-root and put the .bin file there.
It looks like you need to put the IP address of the computer
in the into the Grandstream UI under "Firmware Server Path"
I don't know if an http/tftp server is different to a tftp
Take care, you will be flashing the firmware and could
potentially "brick" the ATA.
