Sony Ebook Book Library HELP!

I have like 20 books on my sony ebook library and i was reading but i forgot to plug in the computer so it shut down because it was out of battery. i plugged it in turned it back on and went back to the library.but it said i had 0 books..so i went to download them again but when the bar finished it said 0 out of 20 complete. so i tryed one book..it didnt download , i restarted the computor and i double click ebook librarty and i would open..i tryed over and over again and it would work..i restarted it many times and i cant get it open..ive right clicked it and done everyhting..i did some code i the computor system to get it to workon 64 bit vista ( my dad helped) what do i do? plzz help! i have 20, 10 dollers each, unread books on there....i really need help on how to open it and get the books..! plz..!
