Specially designed to prevent vehicle fires????

WTF does that have to do with what Philo said?
C'mon now Hemi. (Palin type response)

PS: I watched a big house burn down because kids lit some fireworks in the
garage and, I believe that they started a fire of some sort and then the
two cars inside caught fire. Those two cars caught fire (house fire alarm
system caused the garage doors to remain shut, as I remember) and their
fuel, etc caused an acceleration in the fire. I was outside at my sister's
house when I heard the screaming across the street and then the mother came
running over to borrow a phone to call in the fire. By the time the fire
dept arrived, the smoke was just pouring out of the garage, and not the
house. I was using a garden hose (coming out from their garage) until the
fire melted the hose. It took that fire dept almost 20min from the time they
arrived to put any water on the fire.
Their excuse was that they had to make sure there was no one in the house
before they could use their limited numbers fight the fire.
The mother told them that everyone was accounted for but they had to follow
that protocol.
Result, total devastation. What a bunch of rookies they acted like.
Anyhow, without the attached garage with two expensive vehicles in it, the
house would most likely have survived.

Hemi, your logic is often flawed.

I think the winter is getting to you already and it is just starting.

Go out and shovel some snow and feel like a real person again.

PS: They were the owner's kids.
