Question Cisco Firewall - IPSEC Pass-through

Hi All,

I need to implement internal vpn clients (with private ip address) to form ipsec tunnel with public ip address VPN gateways in the internet via Cisco 5520 ASA.

What is IPSEC pass-through.
How can acheive muliple users from internal LAN (more than 100 users) to form IPSEC VPN with the public ip address VPN gateways.?

Please guide me.

Rgds
