MS Picture It! Express Question

Old program, I know...but performs fine except.... I used to be able to print multiple photos...(have followed instructions and done this many times) now it does not want to accomodate me..??? I uninstalled and reinstalled thinking some file got corrupted. nada! Am I just wasting my time here or does someone possibly have some answer?? or who to contact with help? Jeeps..
