Weird thing happening. Have a Toshiba laptop with XP pro. Two users. One
user is working fine. Logged on under the other user nothing happens when I
try to start IE. I try from a short cut, from Start + and finding the .exe
from My Computer.

A browser will open from any link in email I have open in Outlook.

Have tried virus scans, spy ware scans, even defraged the disk.

Any suggestions??
