Personally, I am of the opinion that if you are unable to actually ask a
question in proper English you should not be able to pass an exam in proper English. LEARN THE MATERIAL, PREPARE FOR THE EXAM, EARN THE CERTIFICATION. There is no shortcut that is not considered CHEATING.
