Default Where to start for MSCE ?

I have been working as a IT personnel for the last 20 years but never tried
certification test.

Since economy is getting bad so I thought I should have atleast
certification which could help me in future.

I would appreciate if someone please tell me where to buy software/question
answer or preparation kit for MSCE.

I would appreciate if you kindly share your experience as well.

Thanks for your help.
