How to find out the score of certification exam that I took?

I took a MS certification exam and failed. Is that a way for me to find out
my score? I don't think MS lets us know what questioins we missed but I think
I should at least able to get my score.

Your score should have been provided to you by the testing center on a Score
Report containing the embossed seal of the testing center.

How do you know you failed???
