I mistakenly disabled the SSID on my D-Link 524 Router
AS far as security goes is useless.
Anyone with right software can see it.
Very slow in connecting ever since.
Can't remember how to enable it.

Any help appreciated ...Ian

4th google result for "disable ssid broadcast d-link 524"

http://www.experts-exchange.com/Netw..._21373968.html

For my wireless LAN, I have a D-link wireless router DI-624+ - I
disable the SSID broadcast under Advanced-Performance but the SSID
still shows up on the D-Link siter survey utility on my laptop, also
with Net Stumbler.
