Hello everyone,

I have a problem in getting into Outlook. The problem started when my computer restarted itself on its own, when I had outlook minimised on the taskbar. Ever since then when i try to open Outlook it comes up with a box saying "Unable to open your default email folders. The file c:\documents and setting\Steven Wade\my doc\outlook.pst could not be found"

I have spoken to the company who takes care of our system but have not got back to me for 2 weeks. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Is the file really missing or is it possibly corrupted in some way? Do you only want to get Outlook up and running or do you need all the old emails ?

I Agree with Johny84. Make sure that the path in the error message is correct and that the file actually exists.
