Anybody introduce a reliable and efficacious tools which I want extract picture from video clips？Then I can upload to my website and blog. I want it must cute and can customize the size.

Hi, Karidama,
If you want to Extract picture from video files, with a special videoconverter which can do this. This tools also can output picture ad to animation gif and FLV.
