Microsoft Certification - Consumer based knowledge

Default Consumer based knowledge


I am recently doing a paper on Microsoft and its consumer based knowledge
along with set standards. The information must deal with consumer's and how
microsoft meets their needs along with values. Any feedback would be greatly
appreciated.
