microsoft streets and trips

After install and trying to run I get an error saying that that the register
settings for this a;;oication were not copied correctly. I had this program
running on this computer one time and then I started getting this error.
Reinstalled mulitple times with the same result. Can anyone give me a clue on
how to fix this problem. Thanks
