Nope. It's not from Microsoft. Just delete the email.

Do you normally receive all of your Microsoft Updates directly from Microsoft via e-mail? Do you really think Microsoft tracks everyone using their email and knows what updates they have and what updates they need, even if they have 8 personal machines? Come on people - wake up.
