network did not assign a network address

Hey,

I have a a pc connected to my wireless router wireless and my laptop can connect to it fine. I have tried connecting my other pc to it directly via ethernet cable in port LAN1 but when it says "network did not assign a network address"

On my wireless i have set it to only allow certain MAC address to be able to use my wireless, wireless.

I added my pc address to this but still wont work. I went to run>cmd. ipconfig/all and put in the physical address on my main pc running wireless

any ideas?
