Installing Windows server

Good Day everyone

OK I've been trying to install windows server 2003 on a DG31PR based
pc

what I've got installed in it is 1 TB of hard disk space, 2 gigz of
ram(2x 1GB) and an Intel core 2 duo CPU don't know which one.

I keep getting: 1:dumping memory + 2: BSOD
I search it on Google and indeed it does not support windows server
2003

But my question is did any one succeed to install Windows server 2008
on that computer based on those specs especially the motherboard type
