I have discovered several things about this LLTD situation.

1. the v5 version of the file will only install on SP2.

2. if you have LLTD installed before you apply SP3 the LLTD
files are updated to the SP3 versions.

3. there is a v6 installer for XP SP3, but you have to
request it from Microsoft.

4. if you need LLTD on XP x64 or Server 2k3 x64, get the
files off a Vista x64 system and install them as noted in
the link for installing the v5 package on SP2.

Spread the word. I don't understand why Microsoft is making
it so difficult for people to get LLTD on XP, 32-bit &
64-bit, and server 2003.
