Possible trojan?

Hi Guys,

My home router's firewall has recently been hammered by trojan scans, IP spoofs and even one SYN flood. Suspecting a trojan I downloaded Peer Guardian 2 to view the IP packets and found that my PC was sending out heaps of packets to different IP addresses across numerous ports in rapid succession:

Time Source Destination

What is a bit worrying is that some of the destination IP addresses that are responsible for the trojan scans picked up by my router.

I've run a-Squared Anti-Malware, TrojanHunter, AVG and several online antivirus scanners but none of them pick up anything.

So should I be worried? Does anyone know what app/process would be responsible for sending out packets to various IP addresses across almost all of the port range?

Or does anyone know of any program that might help me track down what app/process is responsible for that behaviour?

Thanks in advance,
