HELP!! SP1 download

I have been trying to get SP1 to download for a couple of weeks now, but it
will not install. Every other download, update, etc. has installed perfectly
fine. but this one i can not get to install at all. Can ANYONE help me with
getting this to install? what am i doing wrong or should i be doing to get
this done? any help would and will be greatly appriciated.
