Cisco Call Manager 6 CSV Format

Call manager 6 is outputing the CDR CSV file in form of following:

1)cdr_StandAloneCluster_02_20080201000000_00001.tx t

however my Call Accounting software need the CDR CSV file to be in the following format:

2)cdr_StandAloneCluster_02_20070101000000_00001.cs v

Please see attached files. Cisco CM 6 has to create the CSV files with quotes around the fields for the Call Accounting software to process the files. How do i get CM 6 to format the CSV file the way i have it?
