Thankx guys for your Kool Support
 I'm after something really serious now. Regarding the research, I feel asking Subject Matter expert is somewhat related to that thing. I'm currently workin as a Tech Support Officer. However I want to enhance my skills. What i have found is System Adminitration(MCP) is something I should start with...... Please guys provide me something if have.
