System32 Virus....im Dead!=(

Hi Peepz!!
I had this virus in my sytem32 file and I somehow got rid of it, but now my comps dying, I can't open add remove programs etc.
What should i do?

try scan your computer in save mode.
what antivirus you use?
try this anti-avira. is free.

Friend use the spyware remover, i experienced it sometime but my system is now okey. Click Here for a Download

And the secondly u can use this Anti Virus for 90 days full protection
