Here are interesting viewpoints on OOXML, and particularly on personal
attacks related to OOXML issues..

Matthew Holloway is the guy whom Standards New Zealand came to the
rescue of after being smeared by a Microsoft employee whose name was
redacted.

OK some may like it, some may not. However I do not think this sort
of posting makes this ng 'sick'.

Now it's an ISO standard, OOXML is no longer under Microsoft's control
<http://arstechnica.com/news.ars/post/20080414-office-open-xml-out-of-microsofts-handsofficially.html>.
A working group is going to be set up to lick it into shape. Hopefully
they'll get rid of the inconsistencies and other crap.

Now the question becomes: will Microsoft adopt OOXML?
