Novice needs help with Adserver.Adtech.de

Hi Folks,
I have read previous threads on the above but with only basic knowledge I was unsure of some of the data been given as advice.

I have Spyware Doctor with anti virus but I keep getting infections from Adserver.Adtech.De and when Spydoctor cleans the Pc it just comes back again plus I also get infections from Adware.Podcastbarmini as well.

I am also getting pop ups that spydoctor has blocked an attempt to access the website Adserver.Adtech.De.

My computer is hanging and running slow.

I have copied the report from Hijackthis and will post it in a new thread as it is too long to put with this text, although I understand some of the report, I haven't a clue what should or should not be there.
