Hyperlinks

I am using word 2003 to design an email newsletter and inserting hyperlinks
for specific headings.

One of those links contiunes to default to the format settings for "followed
hyperlink" when either previewed as a web page or sent as an email.

All others retain the original format/settings until the link is actually
clicked.

I have tried many different things without success.
