Hello ,
I am working on losslessdata compression using VHDL/Verilog by using Parelle dictonary based LZW methos. According to an IEEE paper I have got some some standard text files whose size is known before compression.I am in the process for testing for it.But i also have to test for .exe files like acrobat32.exe,winzip32.exe... etc.But i am not having idea how to download such files from net and how i can work with it in test bench.Same problem i am also having with .txt file reading. Can anybody give me some idea.

Thanks

veeru
