What are the main formatting differences between the memo and the academic
paper? In what ways do audience, purpose, tone, and structure affect the formatting of the memo and the paper? Thanks lily lily |

As in posts to newsgroups, you should know your audience before writing. For
instance, this audience is composed of people interested in exchanging information on Microsoft certifications and not on the formatting differences between different types of publication.
