Cisco protocol translation: tcp <--> x.25

Dear folks,

I need to translate TCP user data to X.25 used data. This means extracting everything from TCP/IP, and sending that data over X.25/ISDN.

Could I use the Cisco "translate" command to achieve this?
I have really no knowledge about Cisco, so please help out!
