Hello All
I have a 2003 X64 SP2 Server that I was receiving the following error "The
Windows Installer service could not be accessed" as per KB Article 315346 I
renamed MSI.dll, msiexec.exe and msihnd.dll then tried to reinstall Windows
Installer as per KB Article 898715.

But I receive an error that Setup has detected that the service pack version
of this system is newer than the update you are applying. There is no need to
install this update.

Can anyone advise were I can download Windows Installer for 2003 x64 SP2
