The Blue you use standoffs
http://www.pccables.com/images/03002.jpg - poke em in the motherboard
then set them in the large hole and slide it into the slot.

This type of hole is generally designed for like a nut on a bolt. You
insert the nut end into the bigger hole, slide to the smaller end,
then tighten.

RtS... when will you admit that you don't know diddlysquat about
computers? Those slotted holes for plastic standoffs have been around 25
years now.

Yes, these holes were on all the older cases and took a plastic
fitting that clipped into the relevant hole on the main board and slid
into place using thes oval type holes (the blue ones in your pix).
The red ones take a small brass bush which screws into that red hole
and then either a 2 or 3mm (case size) screw which goes throgh the
mainboard and locks everything into place. If you do have any of the
bits call into a computer shop and ask them, they may charge you a
dollar or two. If you need the screws do not forget to ask for them
also.
