Problem listing file properties

I've been having a problem listing file properties/values with Windows XP
64-bit.
While running XP 32-bit Pro listing: bit rate, genre, album, year; for mp3
files had no problems. With the same system (Intel 2 Duo 64-bit) when
swicthing to XP 64-bit, I'm not even able to rewrite any of the ID tags.

Has anyone come across this problem? If so, how do you fix it? and don't
tell me go back to XP 32-bit, I just bought XP 64-bit.
