The application failed to initialize properly 0xc0000135

Hi,

I have build application Visual Studio 2005 on Windows Server 2003.
While executing the application in getting this error "The application
failed to initialize properly 0xc0000135"

The information I got from internet was if the .Net 2.0 is not installed on
the system the only this error comes. But .Net 2.0 comes with Visual studio
2005 so why this error is coming.

Please help....
