Discussed here. Video type is Adobe/Macromedia Flash Video.

download Flash video.

If you use Firefox, there are lots of tools ...

I wonder if Unlocker could be used to copy it while it is playing? It's
worht a shot - and a heck of a lot less likely to cause system problems than
unplugging the PC.
