Anti-spam legislation

Which organisation oversees the new anti-spam legislation, and what is
the legislation called, so I can form an argument?

I wish to make a formal complaint about a company that has repeatedly
been instructed to remove my details from a mailing list, but has
consistently failed to do so. In addition, I have 'unsubscribed' from
their list three times since the introduction of the new legislation,
and each time the instruction has not been carried out.

Thanks,

RL

Not a certain drinks company is it ?
I had one doing the same thing to me and it was only after I
threatened to take it further that the spam stopped. Maybe it was a
genuine stuff up on their part, but after complaining so many times it
was just getting annoying.

What are they doing with your 'details' ? Sending out your private data to
the whole of the list ?

Actually, they did that too a few months ago. Disclosed all the
recipients on their mailing list in one of their messages.
