Does what?

Have you ever noticed that if something is advertised as 'amusing' or
'hilarious', it usually isn't?

After a year at Uni I think that he means:
Load the page in konqueror
press the Ctrl key
Various boxes overlay onto the images, with letters inside them.

Just guessing mind you, I'm only a second year.

Not sure what is meant, but for something different, load this js as a
bookmark (I've got it sitting in the bookmarks toolbar) then open a page
with lots of images, or google image search and query for something,
then when the page is loaded, click the bookmark.

javascript:{var R=0, x1=.1, y1=.05, x2=.25, y2=.24, x3=1.6, y3=.24,
x4=300, y4=200, x5=300, y5=200,
I=document.getElementsByTagName(%22img%22), L=I.length;
setInterval(function (){for(var i=0; i-L; i++){var S=I[ i ].style;
S.position='absolute'; S.left=(Math.sin(R*x1+i*x2+x3)*x4+x5)+%22px%22;
S.top=(Math.cos(R*y1+i*y2+y3)*y4+y5)+%22px%22}R++} ,5); void(0)}

The only ways to stop the effect is to close the page/tab or reload it.

Doesn't do any harm, just an amusing effect with the graphics. A web
page made from an image map with lots of small gifs works as well.
