howdy

I'm assuming there's a few people here who either run or work for a
small computer sales, repair, service type business like myself.

I'm looking for some job management software to try and bring a bit of
sanity to my life. Sort of a Service management/CRM/job logging and
scheduling/client asset register/dispatching etc. etc type thing. Idealy
with a link/export facility for to Quickbooks.

I've looked at a few including SmartTrade, Commit, Sybiz Vision, Exonet

Would anyone care to share their experiences/suggestions?

tia

QuickTimer. It comes with Quickbooks.
Quickbooks can export a customer list which Quicktimer can import.
Record start & end (and comments) for each customer-job into an Access
..tdb file. Export all the job data at the end of the month. Import
file into Quickbooks. (No scheduling/assets/dispatching AFAIK).

Thanks for your replies Malcolm and Ross
I've tried the QB timer before and found I need a bit more than that
Will have a further look at Timetrex to see what it can do.

Thanks for the replies
I've tried Quicktimer but need a bit more than that
Timetrex looks better but I really need something that handles the whole
workflow from 1st contact through to invoice, repeat business etc.

thanks
rob
