Go to WindizUpdate

An extension for Firefox to allow you to use Firefox to get Windows
updates. Unfortunately not up to date - 1 to 1.5.

This from the above link:

When Firefox arrives at the Windows Update (TM) page, this extension
will automagically redirect you to WindizUpdate. Thus you will no
longer need to tolerate the "You must downgrade to IE" message that
Windoze Update gives you.

LOL
