Normally I have 2,500 plus spam messages in my spam folder.

I checked it today and there is nothing.

So not only are they loosing email both sent and received they are
loosing filtered spam as well.

Say goodbye to email... It is now rendered useless by criminal spammers.

Wake up IHUG...

Same problem here.
If I email to my home ihug account from work, with an email not containing
any attachments, I receive the email at home without problem. Try adding an
attachment (Microsoft xls file) to an email sent from the same address..
different story! Ihug filters seem to think it is spam.

In the past I could retrieve this email from my Spam folder but now it is
empty as has been that way for days. It's Sunday afternoon and I'm still
waiting for the email I sent from work early Friday morning.

ihugs spam filter is ****, and everytime I call them and get things
done on the account they turn the ****ing thing back on again. If they
have purged the spam recovery then they have deleted messages that were
addressed to me which is totally unacceptable.

If I hadnt used the rich@ihug address everywhere before getting my own
domain name I wouldnt care, but I still need it to be able to request
passwords etc from loads of forums etc that I signed up with using it
in the dark ages of the internet.
