Is your firewall turned off?
Is the AP in isolation mode? Some APs have a security feature that allows you to block access between wireless clients. Allow traffic on port 3389 if possible. Also, check if you can connect via IP as opposed to using the computer name. The firewall as an exception for "Remote Desktop". I used the computer name
and I have not tried IP yet-will try it. Thanks.
