Delayed Vi$ta release to manufacturer will only just meet end of November
deadline unless it's delayed yet again).
Cause: "[a] bug, which would totally crash the system, requiring a
complete reinstall".
Why is it that these sorts of very serious crasher bugs only get
discovered in a so-called "release candidate" build?
Pity that it wasn't discovered until after it had been released if that's
the quality assurance that M$ hasn't got in place!
