Safari browser for windows

Anyone know if their is a version of the safari web browser that will work
on windows, or if their is an emulator that will allow me to do it. I need
to test a web page and don't have an mac to do it on.

I don't know of anything that will let you do that, but this site lets
you take a screen capture - you can't interact with the page but can at
least view it:
