Seems fair, its about the online music store content distribution
business, not the ipod device.
Apple have only themselves to blame, they have been enthusiastically
using drm to restrict the choices of ipod owners in a monopolistic way
to exclude competition in this business and its clearly a breach of
their agreement with Apple records
Their previous litigations were about more trivial matters like midi
ports which were a real ****off, it meant that an Atari 520 could have
midi plugs but a Mac needed an interface box.
