On a regular basis we print 2 or 3 copies of some emails. Several PC's in
the office can only print one copy of an email at a time.

We go .... File/Print and change the number to say 3, and we get one copy
off the printer. We can print multiple copies of word or excel OK.

O/S is WinXP Prof.
Printer is Kyocera Mita FS-1010 network printer.

Google didnt help, nor did MS. that could be my bad choice of search
criteria. Anyone come across this before?

A lot of the older Kyocera drivers were a tad buggy ..try updated
drivers, other option is using the HP laserjet 5p (or similar)
driver..which does the trick as well.
