Can anyone recommend a program for helping to organise a smallish conerence
(say 150 attendees)?

The sort of thing I am after would:

- Track registrations
- Allocate people to sessions, and report conflicts when parallel sessions
are booked or sessions are full.
- Manage payments, including extra fee sessions
- Produce reports - attendee lists of sessions, payment status etc
- Be client-server based so we can run multiple machines taking
registrations
- Cost very little, preferably open-source.

Google has not turned up anything suitable. Ideas welcome.

Ron

Have you tried using Open Office, both Base and Calc?
