Slashdot quotes an Ars Technica report on Oz coipyright reform
http://arstechnica.com/news.ars/post/20051229-5866.html
that says "transferbangle" is Australian slang for format shifting.

Is it? I've never heard of it before - but that proves nothing.

To me, it sounds more like the one person who the reporter contacted
used this quaint and wacky term, and the reporter assumed it was
common...
