When I enter a site that has live web cams.I get all the text but the area
were the web cam picture should be is blank with a Red X in the upper left
corner. I have no problems downloading pictures except for live cam pictures.
I have set my web settings to Default and deleted cookies and temp files. Did
not help. My operating system is Windows XP Home Edition with Service Pack 2.
